RMS Energy Co, LLC is seeking a Senior P&C Field Technician to lead advanced testing and maintenance of protection and control systems across high-voltage substations. This role requires extensive travel (minimum 70%) and experience with relay testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in substation commissioning, relay testing, and P&C troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, fault data, and substation automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of protection and control systems.
• Test and maintain protective relays and verify all trip, alarm, and metering functions.
• Plan and execute test activities independently while adhering to customer timelines.
