Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
• P&C Insurance industry experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with distributed Agile teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java-based Full Stack Development: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular/JS, Mainframe a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale P&C platforms and digital initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance processes.
• Provide technology leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Architect customer-facing web and mobile applications and omnichannel experiences.
• Lead cloud-native adoption on Microsoft Azure and container strategies with Kubernetes.
• Evaluate GenAI use cases like intelligent customer service, claims automation, and knowledge assistants.
