Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group in Worcester, MA seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead enterprise digital initiatives in a hybrid model. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with 3+ years in Solution Architect roles.
• P&C insurance domain experience required.
• US work eligibility without sponsorship now or in future.
• Experience with distributed Agile teams.
• Strong hands-on Java-based full stack development skills.
• Experience with modern insurance platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale P&C platforms and digital initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with standards and objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance processes.
• Provide technology leadership across the software development lifecycle.
