AF Group seeks a Senior Product Manager with a deep background in commercial property and casualty underwriting to shape product strategy, drive new market development, and implement cross-line innovations across the portfolio. In this role you will act as a trusted underwriting expert to translate data into product concepts and best practices.

You will partner with Underwriting, Product Management and business units to promote sound underwriting practices, deliver training, and lead initiatives

Qualifications

• Ten years of commercial property and casualty multi-line underwriting experience.
• Experience in product management/development with both small and large accounts.
• Industry designations preferred (CIC, AU, CPCU).

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate and manage problem markets, trends and emerging issues.
• Develop, implement and monitor underwriting policies and governance.
• Lead new market and product development with cross-functional teams.
• Draft and implement new products and guidelines for multi-line commercial insurance.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on underwriting issues.
