Job summary

Extend Information Systems Inc. seeks a highly experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect with P&C Insurance domain expertise to lead architecture across Global Commercial, Specialty Insurance, and Reinsurance spaces.

Qualifications

P&C Insurance domain knowledge across the value chain is required.
Experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture in P&C insurance.
Ability to translate business needs into architecture and roadmaps.
Strong build vs. buy advisory with insurance platforms knowledge.
Familiarity with AI and productivity tooling to improve operations.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand problems, objectives, and technology needs.
Translate ideas into architectures and technology options.
Define current, transition, and target state architectures including data, cloud, security, and integration.
Assess build vs. buy vs. extend vs. integrate options with value, cost, risk, and scalability in mind.
Develop architecture roadmaps and multi-year transformation plans.
Create inception packages for projects to mobilize delivery teams.
