Job description

A reputable software consultancy we work closely with is building a first of its kind AI insurance product, and they need a lead enterprise architect to drive the program. The ideal candidate is an experienced Enterprise/Solution architect, background in .NET, and deep experience in the Insurance industry (specifically in the P&C space).

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Strong hands‑on background in .NET / .NET Core and enterprise‑grade solution design.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems, APIs, event‑driven architectures, and cloud‑native applications.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.

Deep understanding of:

• Data architecture and governance
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Security architecture and compliance considerations
• Experience operating in multi‑team, scaled delivery environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise architecture in complex transformation programs.
• Familiarity with domain‑driven design (DDD).
• Experience implementing observability frameworks and SRE practices.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted development practices and governance.
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification (preferred but not required).
