Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Capital Modeling Lead to develop its internal economic capital framework, partnering with Risk, Actuarial, and FP&A teams. The role builds an independent model atop the ReMetrica framework, with governance and robust validation processes.

Remote-friendly, nationwide position requiring advanced quantitative skills, P&C insurance modeling experience, and ability to translate complex results for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of related experience in P&C economic capital modeling or similar.
Strong understanding of Monte Carlo simulation, VaR/TVaR, and capital attribution.
Experience with ReMetrica and catastrophe modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance CSAA's internal economic capital model.
Collaborate with ERP, Actuarial, Investments, and FP&A to align capital analytics with business decisions.
Provide independent technical challenge of assumptions and validate model outputs.
Maintain documentation, version control, and governance around model development.
