Job summary

EY's Insurance Actuarial Advisory Services (IAAS), Property & Casualty practice, seeks a motivated Manager with pricing and analytics expertise. You will lead engagement teams, oversee reserving, forecasting, modeling, and report to the IAAS P&C practice leader.

You will mentor juniors, deliver client-ready analyses, and help transform actuarial processes using Excel, SAS, VBA, and C++. Strong communication and project leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Approximately 6+ years actuarial experience with at least 2 years in project or people management.
• ACAS required, Fellowship preferred; strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams on reserving, regulatory services, forecasting and product development.
• Deliver actuarial transformation, modeling, rate setting, and client-ready analyses.
• Mentor junior team members and liaise with senior management.
