Job summary

EY's Insurance Actuarial Advisory Services (IAAS), Property & Casualty, seeks a seasoned actuarial professional to join the team in a leadership role. Based in the US, you will guide engagement teams on reserving, pricing analytics, and transformation projects while delivering client value.

You will report to the IAAS Leader, bring 6+ years of actuarial experience, SAS/Excel/C++ skills, strong communication, and the ability to mentor colleagues in a dynamic, consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related majors.
• Approximately 6+ years in an actuarial-oriented position.
• Minimum of 2 years in project or people management.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society required; Fellowship preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA and/or C++.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to understand and persuade on complex subjects.
• Experience working in a team environment on project-based work.
