Job summary

EY’s Insurance Actuarial Advisory Services (IAAS), Property & Casualty within FSO seeks a highly motivated Manager with pricing and data analytics expertise. You will report to the IAAS Leader and work on engagement teams delivering actuarial transformation, predictive modeling, and rate setting for global property and casualty clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related majors.
• Approximately 6+ years of actuarial experience.
• At least 2 years of project or people management responsibility.
• ASA required; Fellowship preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA and/or C++.
• Strong writing, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate on engagement teams across multiple areas within IAAS/PC practice.
• Contribute to reserving, actuarial opinions, and regulatory services.
• Engage in predictive modeling and customer analytics.
• Support actuarial transformation and modeling initiatives.
• Involve in rate setting across lines of business.
• Engage in financial forecasting and valuation; contribute to product development.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
