Qualifications

• Supervise project management and engineering staff.
• Experience in project oversight with strong leadership qualities.
• Preferred certifications: LEED AP, OSHA-10, First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and changes.
• Lead major projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Support preconstruction with cost evaluations.
• Represent the company at client meetings.
• Mentor PMs and PEs to build cohesive teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards.
