Job summary

T&M Associates is looking for a Principal Construction Inspector for their Mt. Laurel, NJ office. This role involves overseeing municipal and county infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in construction inspection, relevant educational qualifications, and preferred certifications. You'll be responsible for on-site representation, inspection administration, and team guidance within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive construction inspection experience.
• PE license or NICET Levels I-III certifications preferred.
• Experience with public works and roadway projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s on-site representative during construction.
• Perform construction inspection and administration for various projects.
• Prepare and maintain daily field reports and inspection documentation.

Skills

Construction inspection experience

Knowledge of municipal regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

BA/BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
