T&M Associates is seeking a Principal Construction Inspector based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office, supporting municipal and county infrastructure projects within a one-hour travel radius of the office. This senior‑level role serves as the Owner’s representative during the construction phase, ensuring work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
The Principal Construction Inspector functions as a technical specialist, applying advanced inspection practices to complex assignments and making independent decisions on most technical issues. This role may also provide guidance or oversight to junior inspectors or project team members.
T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $80,000 and $103,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
