Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; NICET/SAT preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related inspection experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, roadway, storm sewer, and water systems.
• Must read/write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site observations to verify work aligns with contract documents.
• Document daily inspections of progress, manpower, equipment, and deficiencies.
• Communicate unsatisfactory items and coordinate with engineers.
• Prepare limited construction administration tasks, including payment reviews and change orders.
• Coordinate with Department Manager and Project Engineer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
