Hill International, Inc. in New Jersey seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and provide owner's representative oversight for complex transportation infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing highway, bridge, and marine projects, including multi-span river crossings and federally funded initiatives. The role encompasses leading construction management, reviewing contractor plans and schedules, and coordinating with owners, designers, contractors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; PE license in NJ/PA preferred/reciprocity.
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale transportation projects incl. highway, bridge, marine, and heavy civil infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of FHWA requirements, multi-agency funding, and design-build delivery.
• Experience with complex bridge and river crossing projects and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Owner’s Representative providing leadership and oversight across the project lifecycle.
• Lead construction management and inspection activities for major transportation projects.
• Review schedules, cost controls, and contractor proposals for compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, utilities, and regulators to resolve issues.
• Prepare project reports and executive communications to support delivery.
