AECOM Corporation seeks a Senior Owner’s Engineer experienced in collaborative project delivery to join our Water Team. This role leads high-profile projects across a national service area, tackling complex technical challenges with significant responsibility.

You will advise Owners on water, wastewater, conveyance, and resiliency projects from planning through commissioning, coordinating across delivery methods and governance, with emphasis on ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years in multi-discipline construction.
• Willingness to travel up to one-third of normal work hours.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Mansioni

• Assess Owner readiness and develop plans to close capability gaps.
• Support delivery method selection, market outreach, and risk assessments with mitigation plans.
• Develop technical requirements for RFQs/RFPs and support solicitation process.
• Work with Owner procurement and legal staff to finalize contract documents.
• Lead program and OE field staff; monitor construction status (cost, scope, schedule).
• Review inspection, test, and demonstration plans and results against verification plan.
