AECOM seeks a Senior Owner’s Engineer to join our Water Team. You will lead and influence high-profile water, wastewater, and resiliency projects across a national service area, guiding strategic planning through commissioning.

You will advise Owners on delivery methods such as Design-Build and P3, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure contracts, schedules, and budgets align with project goals while mentoring field teams and advancing technical standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 10+ years of multi-discipline construction experience, including one or more collaborative delivery models or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to one-third of normal work hours
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check in accordance with company policy.

• Plan and procure by assessing Owner readiness and closing capability gaps.
• Support delivery method selection, market outreach, and risk assessments with mitigation plans.
• Develop technical requirements for RFQs/RFPs and support the solicitation process.
• Coordinate with Owner procurement and legal staff to finalize contract documents.
• Review submittals for conformance with the delivery agreement, quality, and standards.
• Attend design meetings and coordinate Owner, designers, contractors, and permitting agencies.
• Evaluate contractor self-performance, work packaging, and procurement plans.
