Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a senior OutSystems 11 developer to maintain and enhance a critical enterprise application. You will partner with project management and stakeholders to translate priorities into practical technical solutions, improve maintainability, and help shape the roadmap. This role is hands-on with senior-level responsibilities.

Fully remote in the United States, with a compensation range of $109,000 to $136,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience delivering and supporting business critical applications with direct OutSystems 11 development experience.
• Strong experience enhancing and maintaining enterprise applications, including solution design and data layer debugging.
• Hands-on OutSystems 11 development including module building and performance improvements.
• Experience with REST API integrations; event-driven design is a plus.
• Strong SQL Server skills including query optimization for performance and reliability.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deliver enhancements for an existing OutSystems 11 application.
• Own technical design decisions for module structure, data flows, and integrations to reduce debt and improve health.
• Support production needs, troubleshoot defects, and develop hotfixes as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, observability, and operational efficiency of the platform.
• Provide senior technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.
