Job summary

Sono Bello, America's top cosmetic surgery specialist with 185+ board-certified surgeons, seeks a senior OutSystems 11 specialist to maintain and enhance a critical enterprise application that supports core operations.

You will partner with project management and business stakeholders, own technical design decisions, mentor developers, and drive performance, reliability, and platform evolution in a fully remote role across the United States.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience delivering and supporting business critical applications; OutSystems 11 required.
• Experience debugging across application and data layers; sound tradeoffs under time pressure.
• Ability to design solutions with maintainability and performance in mind.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership through influence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deliver enhancements for an existing OutSystems 11 application.
• Own technical design decisions for the application, including data flows and integration patterns.
• Support production needs: troubleshoot defects, diagnose root causes, and deploy hotfixes when needed.
• Improve performance, reliability, observability, and reduce operational overhead.
• Provide senior technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
