Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Outsourcing Strategy & Commercial Lead to shape its outsourced services ecosystem.

You will partner with the Director of Outsourcing to drive BPO strategy, vendor economics, headcount planning, and scalable execution across multiple business areas including Customer Support and Risk & Fraud. This senior IC role emphasizes governance, commercial diligence, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to align outsourcing with Etsy’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience 8+ years in outsourcing, BPO management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of BPO operating models, partner economics, staffing, and governance.
• Proven track record leading large-scale partner ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain Etsy’s outsourcing strategy, partner footprint, capacity planning and long-term vendor roadmap.
• Own the commercial governance model: pricing, incentives, penalties, gainshare/painshare, and cost-to-serve tradeoffs.
• Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Workforce Management to align headcount plans and staffing decisions.
• Develop and maintain scalable partner performance routines: ABRs/QBRs/MBRs and scorecards.
• Prepare executive materials explaining performance, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve outsourcing economics and governance.
