The position emphasizes operating rhythms, program management, and executive support, with a hybrid work model and proximity to Etsy's Brooklyn office.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, refine, and redesign operating rhythms and cross-team workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to summarize complex topics for broad audiences.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with minimal direction.
• Discretion, trust-building, and executive-level collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own operating rhythms, processes, and cross-team workflows for BuyerX.
• Plan, report, and manage inputs across leads; anticipate dependencies and flag risks.
• Draft internal communications, newsletters, and leadership summaries.
• Maintain accurate distribution lists, Slack channels, and org updates.
• Plan events, offsites, and department gatherings with stakeholders.
• Lead priority cross-functional programs end-to-end to completion.
• Provide strategic operational support to leaders with agendas and logistics.
• Protect confidentiality and represent BuyerX leaders professionally.
