Job summary

Phoenix Pumps is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to manage a key industrial territory across Arizona and New Mexico, focusing on mining and power generation sectors. The role is field-based with travel throughout the region and periodic onsite visits to customer facilities.

The candidate should have 10+ years of outside sales experience in industrial markets, with proven mining or power generation exposure and a strong ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside sales in industrial markets.
• Proven mining or power generation sales experience.
• Ability to travel regularly across the territory.
• MSHA training/credentials for mine sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined sales territory.
• Develop relationships in mining, power generation, utility and heavy industrial markets.
• Grow existing book of business and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Conduct regular onsite customer visits, plant visits, mine-site visits, and face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM data and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve issues.
