Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Manager to lead and expand our outside sales team across 15 states.

The role emphasizes cold calling, door-to-door sales, and strategic recruitment of representatives, with a focus on profitability and market growth. You will manage and train sales staff, schedule field activities, verify contracts, and develop standard operating procedures to align sales efforts with marketing goals.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10+ years of sales/ marketing experience required.
• Minimum 10+ years of cold calling experience required.
• Minimum 10+ years of managerial experience required.
• Drug free lifestyle.
• Ability to travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current economic trends to identify business opportunities that generate revenue resources and increase profits.
• Recruiting and training of new outside sales representatives.
• Scheduling training and ride-along with new and existing reps.
• Ensuring new contracts are verified and correct.
• Develop SOP and manuals for sales structure/ marketing goals.
