Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Manager to lead our outside sales team and expand our representation across 15 states. The role emphasizes cold calling, door-to-door sales, and driving revenue growth while ensuring accurate contract processing.

The ideal candidate has an MBA or equivalent, 10+ years in sales/marketing, and proven leadership with travel required, including Canada. The company offers health benefits and PTO in line with a growing business.

Qualifications

• Requires MBA or equivalent degree.
• At least 10 years of sales/marketing experience.
• Minimum 10 years of cold calling experience.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience.
• Must be able to travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Analyze economic trends to identify opportunities that generate revenue and profits.
• Recruit and train new outside sales representatives.
• Schedule training and ride-along with reps.
• Ensure new contracts are verified and correct.
• Develop SOPs and manuals for sales structure and marketing goals.
