SHADE Industries is seeking a Senior Outside Commercial & High-End Residential Sales Consultant to lead consultative sales in Phoenix and Tucson. You will convert qualified inquiries, perform site evaluations, and guide decisions through engineered shade structures for commercial and luxury residential clients.

The role requires strong sales instincts, CRM discipline, and ability to coordinate with engineering and project teams. A full training program and uncapped earning potential are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-ticket, consultative B2B or high-end residential sales within construction or specialty trades.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read site layouts and conceptualize engineered structures.
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and willingness to learn 3D modeling tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full consultative sales cycle for custom, high-ticket projects from inbound leads to contract execution.
• Qualify inbound leads, schedule on-site consultations, and manage pipeline stages in CRM.
• Conduct on-site client evaluations across Phoenix and Tucson metro sites.
• Develop conceptual 3D layouts using SketchUp to help clients visualize structures.
• Collaborate with engineering, drafting, and project management for accurate pricing.
• Cultivate relationships with developers, architects, GCs, and municipal buyers.
