Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in outreach, business development, account management, customer engagement, or market development.
• Experience leading staff and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach activities to large commercial customers through calls, emails, meetings, and events.
• Supervise outreach staff and coach performance to meet goals and quality standards.
• Develop territory plans, target lists, and engagement tactics aligned with program goals.
• Manage outreach pipeline: leads, follow-ups, referrals, and conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade allies, contractors, and market stakeholders.
• Coordinate educational events and ensure consistent program messaging.
• Work with delivery teams to transition qualified customers into program delivery.
• Maintain CRM and tracking systems with accurate records.
• Gather market intelligence to inform program strategy and improvements.
• Prepare regular performance and activity reports.
