Job summary

The Christ Hospital is seeking a licensed physical therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for referred patients, aiming to restore function, reduce pain, and return patients to maximum independence.

Responsibilities include documenting assessments and plans of care, developing measurable goals, coordinating with the treatment team, supervising staff and interns, and ensuring compliance with department policies and Medicare requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan physical therapy treatment programs for referred patients.
• Document assessments, plans of care, and progress in accordance with department policies.
• Lead and supervise staff and interns; ensure safety and quality.
• Participate in department performance improvement and education activities.
• Maintain productivity and contribute to clinic operations.
