Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for referred patients in a hospital setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-approved curriculum is required.
• 1 year experience preferred, new graduates considered.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement Occupational Therapy treatment programs for referred patients.
• Document according to hospital/department policies; ensure timely, legible records and accurate charging documentation.
• Deliver care with professional conduct, reassess progress, and adjust treatment as needed to meet goals.
• Engage in PI/education activities; mentor students and participate in department in-services and mandatory education.
• Support department operations by supervising staff and students, attending meetings, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting infection control.
