Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement PT treatment programs for referred patients to restore function and reduce pain. You will document progress, develop goals, and coordinate with the care team to provide high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities include evaluation, reassessment, treatment, and timely documentation, while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy.
• Degree in physical therapy from an approved APTA program.
• CPR certification.
• Prefer outpatient experience; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan individualized PT treatment to restore function.
• Document findings and progress per department policies.
• Lead treatment programs and supervise staff and interns.
• Reassess and adjust goals at regular intervals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain timely documentation and adhere to quality benchmarks.
• Communicate with physicians and referring practitioners.
