Qualifications

• 8 years of logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations: ensure efficient and accurate shipment of outbound orders and proper staging, inspection, and documentation of outgoing goods.
• Inventory management: record outbound inventory accurately and maintain inventory control systems.
• Quality control: uphold high standards for product quality and accuracy in staging and shipping; implement QC processes to minimize errors.
• Performance monitoring: define and track KPIs for outbound operations and implement improvements.
• Vendor and carrier coordination: manage relationships with vendors and carriers; coordinate outbound shipments and timely delivery.
• Continuous improvement: identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Customer service: collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and resolve outbound issues.
