Workiva is seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Outbound Senior Product Manager to join the product team shaping AI and agentic financial and sustainability reporting products used by 85% of the Fortune 1000 and large companies globally.

As a key outbound product leader, you will translate deep technical capabilities into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing content, bridging product development, marketing, sales, and the customer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, solution consulting, product marketing, or technical GTM roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Drive launch strategies, adoption programs, and expansion motions for AI platforms to financial and sustainability workflows.
• Field Enablement: Craft messaging and positioning; create demos, playbooks, solution briefs, competitive guides, and training materials for sales teams.
• Voice of the Customer: Synthesize field intelligence to influence roadmap priorities with inbound product managers.
• Pricing & Packaging: Collaborate with pricing teams to define packaging and commercial structures.
• Evangelism: Represent portfolios at industry events, analyst briefings, customer briefings, webinars, and conferences.
