Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 10+ years of IT/SRE experience, including at least 5 years focused on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The role emphasizes high availability, scalability, and reliability across on-premises and OTM SaaS/cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead SRE activities, including monitoring, incident management, RCA, and environment management for OTM deployments, with strong Oracle Database and Java skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/SRE experience including 5+ years in OTM
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining high availability OTM environments
• Hands-on experience across on-premises and SaaS/cloud OTM environments
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Java programming
• Proficiency in monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, and automation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available OTM environments
• Support on-premises OTM and OTM SaaS/cloud environments
• Lead monitoring, incident and problem management, and capacity planning
• Drive RCA and implement long-term reliability improvements
• Manage OTM releases, patching, deployments, and migrations
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, integration, and cloud teams
• Utilize observability tools like Snowflake Observe to identify trends and improve performance
• Define SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics for OTM services
• Apply SRE practices across automation, security, and disaster recovery
