Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining highly available OTM environments across on‑premises and SaaS platforms.

You will lead monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, performance tuning, and automation while supporting OTM SaaS releases and cloud migrations with OCI/GCP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/SRE experience
• 5+ years exclusive, hands-on OTM experience
• OTM on-premises and SaaS/cloud
• Strong Oracle DB & Java knowledge
• SRE activities: monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, performance tuning, automation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain OTM environments across on‑premises and SaaS platforms
• Monitor health and performance using observability tools
• Lead incident response and RCA to minimize business impact
• Support OTM SaaS releases, patching, deployment, and environment management
• Collaborate with cloud, application, and database teams to deliver reliable OTM solutions
• Implement SLOs/SLIs and reliability metrics for critical OTM services
