Qualifications

• 3+ years of OT systems engineering or industrial control administration.
• Hands-on experience with multiple controls software platforms and tools.
• Experience designing and supporting high-reliability OT environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and augment OT environments for plant and launch systems across sites.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support industry standard controls software and HMIs.
• Integrate IT technologies to simplify management, improve security, and scale plant environments.
• Deploy and maintain development, test, and staging environments for controlled changes.
• Provide on-call support during launches, tests, and production campaigns.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance between critical operations, including evenings/weekends.
• Monitor services and respond rapidly to incidents to maintain availability.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps initiatives for IC environments.
• Collaborate with controls engineers to improve test coverage and change control.
• Write and maintain standards, architectures, and operational procedures for secure environments.
• Ensure OT systems meet industry and cybersecurity standards (Purdue IEC 62443).
