Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and support the back‑end infrastructure for next‑generation controls and industrial software platforms across our hyperscale AI campuses.

You will balance sustainment of live cooling, power, and facility control systems with modernization, leveraging IT/OT, virtualization, and edge compute to create secure, highly available environments for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/industrial control systems required.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in high‑reliability, 24/7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and augment OT environments for cooling plants, electrical distribution, and data halls.
• Install, configure, and support BMS/EPMS/SCADA/PLC systems and HMIs.
• Integrate IT technologies to improve security, management, and availability.
• Maintain development, test, and staging environments for controlled changes.
• Support cluster bring‑up, capacity expansions, and production training.
• Perform upgrades and maintenance during off‑peak windows as needed.
• Monitor services and respond to incidents to ensure high availability.
• Contribute to infrastructure‑as‑code and DevOps initiatives in OT/ICS contexts.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance test coverage and change control.
