Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an exceptional Operational Technology Engineer to own the design, implementation, and long-term reliability of OT systems across our hyperscale data centers and power facilities. You will architect resilient OT infrastructure for BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC, and related systems, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, facilities, IT networking, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on OT/Automation experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with OT platforms and industrial networks (BMS/EPMS/SCADA) and related cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OT infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization for BMS/EPMS/SCADA systems.
• Drive high-availability OT infrastructure for critical cooling and power control systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, IT networking and construction teams for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold SpaceXAI's OT design standards.
