• Experience: 10+ years managing OT/SCADA projects in electric utilities.
• Proven record of handling projects through NERC CIP audits.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end IT/OT project deployments across Transmission and Distribution SCADA environments.
• Balance project management with hands-on technical delivery and compliance.
• Communicate with operations engineers, network architects, and auditors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
