Job summary

Cognizant in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an OT Infrastructure Solution Architect with 16+ years of experience to lead OT infrastructure design and validation. You will collaborate with client technical architects, security teams, site teams and infrastructure SMEs to capture requirements and define the target-state architecture.

Responsibilities include assessing current environments, ensuring secure IT/OT integration and guiding migration plans, while reviewing designs and implementation plans for

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in OT/industrial infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, DNS/DHCP/NTP/DFS
• Experience with OT security concepts and industrial networks
• Ability to collaborate with architects, site teams and security SMEs

Responsibilities

• Understand and validate OT infrastructure architecture and technology stack
• Collaborate with client technical architects, program stakeholders, site teams, security teams and SMEs
• Assess current-state environments and identify architecture dependencies and migration needs
• Validate target-state OT architecture across network, IAM, endpoint management and security tooling
• Provide guidance for secure IT/OT integration and compliant operations
• Review designs, build documents and implementation plans for architecture alignment
• Act as design authority for architecture decisions and deviations
• Identify risks, gaps and blockers and drive timely resolutions
• Support governance forums, design reviews and architecture walkthroughs
• Ensure deliverables are scalable, secure and aligned with standards and timelines
