Job summary

Chinook Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Control System Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead OT cybersecurity upgrade initiatives across client sites.

You will serve as the primary liaison to USACE and the end client, driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change management while ensuring contractual compliance. This remote role requires 10–20% travel to client locations, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and a track record delivering BAS/ICS modernization projects in

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of directly related OT (BAS/ICS) experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technology field, or 15 years total experience with a high school diploma.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in OT/ICs/building modernization.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• IAT-II certs such as Security+ or GICSP.
• Experience with BAS/ICS implementation or upgrade projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project or Primavera experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with milestones and resources.
• Monitor progress against baselines and manage risks and variances.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate status updates.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and enforce governance.
• Establish and manage budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and QA/QC standards.
• Conduct audits, lessons-learned, and continuous improvement activities.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors.
