Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time on-site role. You will support residents throughout their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring individual needs are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
