Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs of residents.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines; provide comfort and companionship.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to meet residents’ care needs.
