Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team in Springfield, Virginia. You will provide personalized care to residents, support activities of daily living, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to meet individual needs.

We offer a full-time role with competitive pay ($40–$49 per hour), comprehensive benefits, and education opportunities. Current state OT license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

Current CPR certification required.
Experience with older adults preferred.
Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsabilités

Provide a holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and routines.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
