Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing holistic care to residents, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Implementing personal care plans aligned with residents' strengths and routines.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
