Job summary

This full-time role requires a valid state OT license and CPR certification, with 1 year of experience with older adults preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic OT approach for residents' physical, functional, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement residents' personal care/therapy plans focusing on routines and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
