Axiom Consultants seeks a Project Manager to serve as the senior contractor representative for OT&E support for CG-SC/OPTEVFOR in Norfolk, VA. You will oversee overall contract performance, schedule execution, deliverables, and customer communications, coordinating with Government stakeholders and contractor teams.

The role requires active SECRET clearance, DoD/DHS T&E qualifications, and demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.

Qualificações

• Requires active SECRET clearance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical personnel.
• Experience interfacing with government stakeholders and COR/POs.
• Knowledge of DoD/ DHS acquisition frameworks and T&E processes.

Responsabilidades

• Prime contractor representative responsible for OT&E support execution.
• Oversee preparation, internal review, QA, routing, and timely submission of deliverables.
• Single point of contact for Contracting Officer and COR.
• Coordinate contractor activities with CG-SC-2, OPTEVFOR, Coast Guard offices and stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance and integration as applicable.
• Oversee monthly status reporting, financial tracking, and staffing status.
• Coordinate and support government meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain awareness of concurrent test programs for efficiency and cross‑program collaboration.
• Respond to technical questions within 24 hours of notification.
