Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a project management role.
• Knowledge of ship construction.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Contract Oversight: liaison between the Contractor, CO, and COR.
• Team Management: oversee contractor personnel and staffing levels.
• Work Validation: collect weekly assessments for invoicing.
• Timesheet Verification: ensure timesheets are signed weekly.
• Progress Reporting: monthly status reports on work and schedule.
• Progress Meetings: monthly deliverable reviews with the COR.
• Personnel Management: pre-announce replacements and maintain qualifications.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with regulations including SECRET clearance.
• Availability: respond to COR within 24 hours; possible after-hours work.
• Other duties as required to fulfill contract requirements.
