Job summary

SimIS Inc. seeks a contractor SME to provide technical and analytical support to the Naval OT&E program. You will plan, conduct, and analyze structured OT&E for Undersea Warfare systems, applying Navy knowledge and multi-service experience to organize work and deliver actionable findings.

The role requires 4+ years in test planning and analysis, with DoD 5000-series familiarity and PMP/CAPM or equivalent credentials. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Communications.
• PMP or CAPM certification required.
• 4 years within the last 6 years of experience in planning, organizing work tasks, developing test plans, collecting data, and performing reconstruction and analysis for test and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of the Navy and multi-service missions, operations, logistics, management, and organizational responsibilities.
• DoD 5000 series knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize tasks leading to the successful execution of test planning, collecting data, and performing reconstruction and analysis for OT&E projects.
• Coordinate with sponsor activities and decision makers to communicate results of operational analysis.
• Lead effectively within the naval community and mentor team members.
• Develop plans of action and milestones for delivering OT&E or related products.
