Job summary

IronMountain Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to provide project management and engineering support for Engineering Change (EC) and Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO) initiatives for the U.S. Coast Guard PBPL. The role involves evaluating project status, developing PM plans, and coordinating with PBPL stakeholders.

Active Secret clearance is required or ability to obtain one. On-site work in Norfolk, VA, with potential travel to Coast Guard cutters and SFLC Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing project management and engineering support for technical projects.
• Ability to assess existing projects, determine current status, and develop structured plans.
• Experience developing written project management plans and coordinating requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ECs, TCTOs, configuration management, or ILS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document project status and actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and engineering support for EC and TCTO projects assigned by PBPL.
• Support all PM and engineering tasks for PBPL EC projects.
• Assist EC/TCTO projects involving changes to WPB/WPC configurations and ILS data.
• Assess existing TCTO and EC projects and determine status and required PM activities.
• Develop written project management plans and coordinate with PBPL EC/TCTO Coordinator.
• Coordinate PM and engineering activities with PBPL personnel as needed.
• Travel to Coast Guard cutters and SFLC Baltimore as required.
