Jobtailor is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to serve as the technical authority for OT and DCI security, guiding ICS/SCADA protections and strategy. You will advise leadership on risk, compliance, and threat mitigation while staying ahead of evolving OT threats.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, TS/SCI clearance, and advanced certifications, with a track record of leading teams in defense-related environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or compliance.
• 6+ years securing OT/ICS/DCI/SCADA.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience developing SOPs or Incident Response playbooks.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Security+ certification.
• Nice if you have ARNG/Army/DoD experience.
• Ability to convey technical issues or risks to senior leadership.
• Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, ISSEP, CASP+, or SecurityX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on cybersecurity for OT and DCI systems.
• Provide expert guidance on securing ICS, SCADA environments and defense assets.
• Advise leadership on compliance, risk management, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Maintain situational awareness of evolving OT-specific cyber threats and methodologies.
• Lead initiatives to ensure resilience and security of defense-critical operations.
