The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, TS/SCI clearance, and advanced certifications, with a track record of leading teams in defense-related environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or compliance.
• 6+ years securing OT/ICS/DCI/SCADA.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience developing SOPs or Incident Response playbooks.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Security+ certification.
• Nice if you have ARNG/Army/DoD experience.
• Ability to convey technical issues or risks to senior leadership.
• Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, ISSEP, CASP+, or SecurityX.

• Provide expert guidance on securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and mission-critical defense assets.
• Advise leadership and engineering teams on compliance, risk management, and advanced threat mitigation strategies.
• Maintain situational awareness of evolving OT‑specific cyber threats, attack methodologies, and adversary capabilities.
• Lead technical and strategic initiatives to ensure resilience and security of defense‑critical operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, risk management, cyber operations, governance, or compliance
• 6+ years of experience securing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI), or SCADA systems
• 2+ years of experience leading teams
• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Incident Response playbooks
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Security+ Certification
